Referrals Program

If you know someone looking for Office Space or could benefit from one of our Mobile Programs, send them our way.  For every person that signs a lease with Beowulf, you’ll receive a check.  

• $750 is issued when the referral signs a 12 month office lease.  
• $375 is issued when the referral signs a 6 month office lease.    
• $100 is issued when the referral signs a Mobile lease.  

Terms and Conditions:

Referral must sign the lease within 6 months of initial contact with Beowulf.  Referral must be a first time client of Beowulf.  The money will be issued via check.  Beowulf will have 90 day from the start date of the lease to issue the check.  The referred company must pay all opening charges in full before the check is issued.  Should the referral default on their lease within 90 days this program will become null and void.  Maximum 1 referral check will be issued per lease.  There is no limit on the number of referral checks a participant can receive.  All participants of this program must be in good standings with Beowulf and cannot be in default of any agreement with Beowulf.  Beowulf has the right to end this program at any time.  Beowulf has the right to change the terms and conditions of this program at any time.  Beowulf does not currently offer a separate Real Estate or Broker Referral Program.
